If you add concert tickets to your shopping cart, a cookie will be set to maintain your cart contents for one week, or until you purchase those tickets, whichever happens soonest.
Our payment processor, Stripe, will place a cookie which is used primarily for fraud protection and to ensure that payments are handled properly.

Content on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with
When you make a purchase, your purchasing data is stored with Stripe, our payment processor.
If you sign up for email updates, your contact information is stored with Mailchimp, the service we use to send email updates.
We do not share or sell your data with anybody beyond the services necessary to communicate with you and deliver your purchased tickets.
How long we retain your data
When you purchase a ticket, our website retains your name, email, address (if provided), and information about what you have purchased. We retain this data indefinitely. You can request that we remove that data at any time, by requesting it via our contact form.
All email messages we send include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing means that we will no longer send you email messages, but does not cause your information to be removed. If you would like to be fully removed from our list of contacts, request it via our contact form.
